Kemal KIZILTAN, President
Volkan KIZILTAN
H. Kemal Kızıltan is a retired Turkish Air Force Colonel with 30 years of active service in the fields of Communications Electronics (CE) and NAVAIDS as a CE Officer. He retired from the TurkishAir Force at the beginning of the year 2000. Mr. Kızıltan holds a bachelor's degree with high honors from Anadolu University in Eskişehir.
Volkan Kızıltan joined SVK in 2017. His current responsibilities are project management in ATM solutions within the Turkish Market. Prior to SVK Volkan has worked in financial sector for over 20 years. He has extensive experience in Financial Markets and Trading. His recent role was Deputy CEO at Yapi Kredi Yatırım, Turkey’s leading brokerage firm. Volkan holds a masters degree in business from NYU Stern and a bachelors degree in Economics from Bosphorus University.
Cem Fresko
Mustafa Åžahin
Cem Fresko joined SVK in 2017. Focusing mainly on defense industry and power solutions, he carries out project management along with customer - company communication relations in the firm. He has 8 years of experience, working in the financial sector as a trader and corporate access manager. He holds a bachelor's degree from Purdue University.
Mr. Åžahin joined SVK in 2002, and currently works as the administrative personnel of the firm, based in Ankara. He graduated from Türközü Teknik ve Anadolu High School.
